Ordering products
Add product You want to order to the basket. You can press “Back” button or directly “E-shop” if you want to order another product. Write needed quantity for every product and press “Recalculate” button. You’ll see total sum of your order. If information on the screen corresponds to your needs, press button “Place an order”. Following the kind of customer you are (business or private), you’ll need to fulfill invoice-delivery information. Choose your country from a list and you’ll see a shipping fee that will be added to your bill *.
All prices include 18% VAT!
Press button “Send an order” if all information is right. You should get a notification if order is placed successfully.
* - Shipping prices (conditions) are valid for continental part of a country. Prices for islands and other remote areas could be different and will be calculated separately.
Payment details
We will reserve products you have ordered and send you the pro forma invoice with payment details. You shall make a money transfer to our account within 5 days. In other case reservation will be cancelled.
Delivery terms
The order will be sent by air mail to your address when we’ll receive your payment. Delivery time depends on your country and region and should take about 1 - 10 days. If your order failed to arrive within 30 days of payment you will have the option of a full refund. You need to sign delivered order. By signing delivery documents you confirm that delivered order is unimpaired and complete. You must write comments in delivery documents in other case. If order will be returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address or refuse to take, the carriage will be not refundable and/or you’ll need to pay for repeated delivery.
General
We can sell to customers with delivery addresses not listed in the ordering form. All such customers can send their request via “Query form”. We will calculate shipping prices for you separately.
We reserve the right to decline any order for any reason.
If you are a business customer or if the products are used wholly or in part for business purposes, we shall not be liable to you for any business loss including loss of profits, whether direct or indirect, data, revenue, goodwill, or incidental, or consequential loss that you may suffer as a result of the purchase of products from us. Any other liability shall be limited to the price paid for the products. We do not exclude our liability for death or personal injury.
We accept no liability for damage or loss resulting from improper installation of product, infringement of the vehicle manufacturer’s warranty or injury or loss resulting from accidents whether or not any parking system is in use at the time.
We accept no liability for direct or indirect costs or loss regarding misuse of products, as well as direct or indirect costs or loss regarding the fitment, removal, replacement or restoration to vehicles as a result of faulty products.
Any claims and disputes will be decided only by the courts of Lithuania.
Returns
If your goods arrive faulty or damaged, you can return the item(s) to us within two weeks of receipt for exchange. We will either provide a full refund or dispatch new goods once the faulty goods have been returned. Please note that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
All products are supplied with return to sender warranty against manufacturing defects. Please keep all the warranty information that accompanies your item as this may be needed should there be a fault.
By law, customers in the European Union also can cancel an order within seven working days after the date the item is delivered to you. To cancel your purchase contract under this period, please send the products to us in proper conditions (please package the relevant item(s) securely) with the original documentation and a note giving the reason for the return as "contract cancellation" and ensure that we receive it within seven working days after the date that the item was delivered to you. You can cancel your purchase contract within seven days only if goods are not damaged and appearance doesn’t changed for the worse after the delivery. Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us. Once the goods have been returned, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge, we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
